Almost perfect but panik at kernel

installed ipc 10.5.6
im on
amd 4400+ x2
4 gig ram
8500 ichill nvidia gt
on a sata drive

all installation went well on a voodoo kernel and needed drivers, booted greatly all sounds grfx are working, sleep shutdown restart is all good, networking is great can connect to vista and vise versa speed is great BUT if i download something i get a kernel panik... maybe its the download spike that couses the panic? any help or sudgestion? im fairly new here in this forums :)
by the way i used little snitch 2 but it just crashed my system :(

Do you get the kernel panic when you finish downloading a file or do you get the kernel panic when you are actually download the file? I recommend taking a picture of the problem so we can help you better.

been downloading audium then same panic... but one thing is wierd while doing software update i dont crash... and i can even update the itunes and quicktime i belive those two are big aswell... hmmm

the installation has:
voodoo]
chipset at - applenforce for more than 4 gig
audio - ac97]
video works perfectly on - nvdarwin 256 though when i change the reso i get the a blank blue screen
lan is - nforce V

installer used - ipc 10.5.6

does it look like a panic for the lan driver?
i have alr used nforce V and nforce ethernet driver both have same panic... nforce lan dont work

so thats the problem guys... anyone pls help :(
i need to use ilife and final cut pro again to edit my wedding photos.... pls help :(

The problem maybe that your seatbelt.kext file doesnt match your kernel version.You may want to check this post by lanceomni for more details. http://www.infinitemac.com/f5/update...ersions-t1992/. If that doesnt help try booting with parameters "maxmem=3072" or "maxmem=2048" without the quotes of course.

niiice lemme try that, but i installed my 10.5.2 first bec i need2 to edit some vids in final cut and ilife so after that ill re install my 10.5.6 again and hope this works :) ill send you a line once it went ok :)
