Best distro for GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P?

I'm not entirely sure if i put this in the right part of the forum, if its not where it should be, my apologies.

I'm trying to find out if my computer can run OS X at all, and if so, which distro i should be using. Here are my specs:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition
GPU: EVGA GeForce 260 Core 216

I'm downloading iATKOS v7 10.5.7, but I'm not sure whether or not that's the one I should be using. Any help or advice would be much appreciated! Thanks.

GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P best distro

I have a very similar setup as yours (GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P). I installed iATKOS v7 10.5.7. On reboot it hangs on the network. This distro is the only one I have gotten as far with. It was highly recommended for the AMD, 790x 750SB boards. Very curious to see how you come out.
