What's the version/build number?

SaCleoCheater 08-25-2009 01:37 PM

Pre-Ordered mine from Apple...

Finally my next big project

#Edit

Im finding no reference to a full version? I just see upgrade disk options. I wonder if they are going to even do a full version as they have dumped ppc.

SaCleoCheater 08-25-2009 06:02 PM

Yes, me neither...

We'll just have to see, My guess is that Apple have taken 432 and 433 and stuck a different build version and a price on it.

Does anyone know if this will be a straight forward upgrade process for us hackintosh users? I'm using iAtkos v7, and I'm able to use the Apple Software Update tool to apply updates, I've never had a problem, even from 10.5.7. to 10.5.8. Or are we going to have to wait for a pre-patched release?

SaCleoCheater 08-25-2009 06:25 PM

It will be pretty strait forward process running Snow Leopard on a PC. Instead of downloading a pre-patched version, it's possible patch it yourself using the same method in my Snow Leo guide. Yet I could be wrong, basic principles should be the same as any OS X version.
