"replace appleintelpiixata with another one and check your bios settings like ahci and stuff"

Sure, but how do that with the DVD stuff if DVD boot gets KP.
I get no screen , even bootet with -x (safe mode). Only -v gets textoutput and gets running like only the gpu isnt right used (OS X runs but no screen results shown).

I looked into the .mkext. There is no silent natit (SL) nor Geforce.kext. I have an NVIDIA 9600 GT which is working normaly as Framebuffer (no QE/CI) even without any injectors.

For me useless without make changed to the dvd content (add drives, add injectors / efi string).
How do such an change and burn the changed things back on new DVD ?

Sounds like your not doing the OSInstall.mpg method, as it doesnt require a reboot to complete the install.

finder->go->goto folder

/Volumes/Mac OS X Install DVD/System/Installation/Packages

if thats the name of your dvd installer disc

and double click OSInstall.mpkg and install using this util

DO NOT REBOOT after the install is done, you'll have to upload your kext's and bootloader etc.

You can use vanilla AppleATAFamily.kext and AppleIntelPIIX kexts, just set your ide channels to compatible rather than enhanced mode, I have the same panic when not in compatible mode. Downside is I can't see all my SATA drives, upside I can use OS X SL 10.6.2 which seemingly runs better then windows anyways.

Edit:
Also there is no need to do the mpkg method, the only mod I did to my install disk was that I switched it for the MBR compatible mpkg as I do not use a GUID partition map.
