but in installing ,i cannot use keyboard also,so i cannot input any words

If your keyboard is not working, I would suggest getting a cheap USB keyboard.

Disabling USB entirely in the BIOS made my PS/2 keyboard work though the OSX installer, but when I boot OSX it shows a screen that says Connect a keyboard.

the only thing that will work is installing the ps2 driver, bios settings wont matter as the driver isnt installed, and the dvd has the drivers installed so thats why it works when installing. what you do is boot to the dvd then from Utilities -> Terminal copy ApplePS2Controller over to /System/Library/Extensions/ then make sure you set the permissions.
