iPC_OSx86_10_5_6_Universal_PPF5_Final on PackardBell SB87 Notebook
Hi everyone
I started my iPC_OSx86_10_5_6_Universal_PPF5_Final setup on my PackardBell SB87 Notebook. 2 things ar not ok. 1. i have 2 identical sata HDD inside. but when i want to create RAID 0 array (strippe) a error wich say "no raid found" apears. ok... i skip that and instal on a single HDD and the other i use for storage. why raid 0 isn't working? 2. there is no keyboard instaled error... after customizing drivers and complete instal. why is that ? do i miss someting? any ideea? Here are my specs: Intel Core2Duo E8300@2,4Ghz 4GB ddr2 667 2x250GB sata HDD's Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT 512MB --- i used Everest to find the chipset and other hardware i have nb: intel pm965 - crestline sound card: - conexant - cx20549(found among osx drivers at instal) wireless: intel wifi 4965agn network adapter(found among osx drivers at instal) sb: 82801hbm ich8-do controler(found among osx drivers at instal) jmicron jmb360 sata ahci controler ethernet: marvell yukon 88e8039(found among osx drivers at instal) ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
you might have a PS2 keyboard. instal drivers for that if you do.

i started a new instal and select the ps2 devices in drivers.

i manage to install it after all! the problem was the chipset. i instaled another driver for my intel pm965 chipset. and i instaled ps2 keyboard.
now i got another problem. i instaled my intel wifi 4965agn network adapter wich is suported in the drivers list. i can see it under several osx programs but i am unable to connect to any wireless available. i am new as you see to osx. i founded a program "networkSelector" but i'm unable to join my wifi connection. where should i go ? LE: i found out that the wifi adapter isn't yet supported. i founded some beta drivers but don't work. i instaled a asus usb wifi adapter (167) and now i am writeing from my mac. Unfortunatly now i don't hafe sound!!! :| i had before... |
