Kernel panic

I have installed SnowOSX Universal 3.5 with -v cpus=1
After installation i get an kernel panic.Attachment 624 Now I have made my own install USB flash with different guides and every time I get the same kernel panic. Can somebody explain this? I've been told that's a loader error.

It's probably the wrong boot file in the root of the drive.

I don't want to start any rumors but I read the author of this dvd pulled the torrent because it was causing too many problems. I myself downloaded and found myself with plenty of kp's with no success. maybe I'll research later and get the facts straight. then I'll give you the latest.
