Unable to locate appropriate kext
 

Hello,

I am unable to find a kext that will work with (specifically) my NForce 500 chipset. I am using a M2n-Plus sli board *and originally had a second lan card in there that worked, but bugger if I can find it now*.

I have searched google and these forums and cant find a kext that will work, can anyone suggest something - shy of buying another card or a wireless usb etc.

My rig:
M2N-Plus Sli Vista Edition
AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 6000+
Leopard 10.5.4
Nvidia 9600 *512
2G 800mhz Ram
Installed by Leo4all 4.1

Everything else installed fine, I was even able to use ac97 for audio. This problem isnt by any chance fixed in SL is it?

Edit: NM, found a kext. For anyone else with this EXACT motherboard, you are looking for nForceLAN.kext - Reads as Airport, even though its hard wired, but whatever, my Lan works!!! Sweet.
