Need help to fix screen resoulation

Hey i have my screen resoulation on 1280x1024 and my screen is 1680x1050 and in System prefensen i can't change resoulation. I have tried to edit the boot file and then the gray apple at boot is in 1680x1050 but i want the hole system in that resoulation....

You might try to define a custom resolution using switchresX tool, it's shareware but you can remove it once you're done - custom resolutions should stay. :)
