help installing iatkos v7
 

sorry if I sound like a noob, but how is it that I turn off AHCI mode on my PC?
Trying to install on a Compaq Presario 2560 Notebook. 512mb RAM, 120GB Hard Drive, Intel Pentium 4.

Compaq doesnt have a "bios configuration" under setup after i press F2. (f2 at startup = stetup)
All i can do is change boot order, there is no "advanced options" either

I insert DVD, press F8, type "-v" and the script stops at "ApplePS2Trackpad: TouchPad v5.9"
when i simply press F8, then press enter the computer just stays on the apple logo, i left on overnight and the image was still there
