InfiniteMac OSx86 - a8n-sli premium ATA/RAM? stability 10.6.1

Ok, Leopard is running pretty good except for when I run vmware (wndows 7) after a bit I get a kernel panic. Also if I try to do a memory test, the test gets about 2/3 done when suddenly the computer just shuts down hard. Also if I just leave the computer sitting there it starts acting wierd after several hours. The mouse and audio gets choppy/laggy on and off. I am wondering if this could be related to AppleNforceATA.kext or SuperNforceATA.kext? Also, I am running with 4GB of ram. I read in some places that that can make it unstable on this board? I thought the a8n-sli was supposed to be a pretty solid board for OS X? Can someone please provide insite?? Thanks.
