HAZARD 10.6 AMD Install Dell 1501 Help :)
 

Hi

I have a copy of the AMD/INTEL 10.6 of Snow Leopard by Hazard on DVD. I have tried to boot from the DVD on my Dell 1501 Inspirion Laptop, I get to the boot screen when setting up the installation with the apple logo, the DVD starts spinning and after a while of the screen showing the DVD stops spinning and everything is silent. The installation set up doesnt show up, I get the boot screen with the apple but no spinning circle.

Then to reboot I have to turn the computer off and back on. I cant seem to start the set up. Any help would be gladly appreciated. :) Thank You.

Dell 1501 Inspirion
AMD Athalon 64 x2 Dial Core 1.0Ghz
ATI Radeon Express 1500
1.0 GB RAM
Broadcom 802.11g Network Adaptor Card

Have any worked mac osx on you dell, like 10.5 Leopard or 10.4 Tiger?

ya, better try Leopard first :)

And wrong distro to try installing everything s/l/extensions like fakesmc nullcpu nforceata superata etc, like made for get kernel panic..

I have successfully installed 10.5.2 on my Dell 1501 with Kalyway. But I wanted to upgrade the OS to snow leopard 10.6 using Hazard. The disc doesnt seem to boot as I have said and Im not sure what they next steps to solving this are.
