Accer Aspire One 532h-2268?

Hello, 00010 here again... I was wondering if anyone has had any success with this little Netbook and OSx86?

I have done alot of research on this model. but nothing turn up.

Even by individul parts, I got leopard to boot on it but the keyboard but not the trackpad worked.

Mine mostly works

I tried iAtkos but it would reboot before finishing the install - couldn't get it to work at all. I got iDeneb 1.6 lite working with keyboard and mouse support - so far as I can tell the only things not working are my network adapters (both are Atheros). I haven't even looked for a driver for the wired connection, and the wireless AR5B93 isn't supported. I tried borrowing the Intel iw3945 card from a different laptop but couldn't get it to work on OS X or even Windows 7. I found a Dell DW 1395 card on ebay for $8.95 that has some Mac models listed as compatible and was thinking of trying it out.

When I installed iDeneb I chose the ACPI patch to get battery status and the Mac PS/2 drivers (NOT voodoo ps/2 drivers) to get the mouse and keyboard to work.

I'm completely new to this, hope it was of some help.

It's been some time, do you have any new information?

I bought this computer to test, and I'm having some luck and some trouble. I've search Google, but I haven't found very much information on this specific computer. Were you able to get this working on your system, or did you give up on the project?

With a friend's help, we installed iPC OSx86 v10.5.6. This is my FIRST test that was bootable, and with this test, these are the items that don't work (ethernet, wireless, sleep, sound, and video resolution). Some stuff did, though (track pad, USB mouse, power button (like for shut down), and basic application launching).

Again, my main question is this: Were you able to get this working, or did you give up?

I have had 10.5.4 booting fine on this machine, but it is hard to find a trackpad kext that is not old as dirt. I tried the latest edition of iPortable and imaged it to a USB/SD card adapter that was 8GB and worked fine ,if you plugged up a usb mouse keyboard worked fine, There are currently NO video kext files that work properly with this system, the best you will see is native resolution and no QuartzGL or QuartzExtreme.

I am returning mine soon because of overheating issues.
