The light of usb device doesn't turn off after eject.
 

Hello.
I am using Snow Leopard 10.6.2 64bit.

Does Snow Leopard never turn off the light of usb device after ejecting?

When I click 'Eject' to any usb devices, the light of the device does not turn off.
On the other hands, the light turns off after I click 'Safely remove device' in Windows XP and Ubuntu Karmic.

I want to know whether it is normal in Snow Leopard.
Please let me know about it.

Yes it is normal on many USB drives - maybe it shouldn't be like that, but it's often the case. Dont worry about it, mine does the same :) As long as the OS doesn't warn you about removing it without eject, you'll be fine.
