Keyboard now not working.
Hey guys,
So I perfectly installed Snow Leopard on a partition on my hard drive, and now can dualboot, Windows 7 and Snow Leopard. First time I booted into Snow Leopard my mouse wasn't working so I connected a usb mouse to my laptop, and my keyboard was working fine. Right after I got to the desktop, after about 3 minutes, I got the "Shut down your computer" screen, and had to reboot the machine. After I did, my keyboard isnt working anymore. I can't run commands in terminal after trying to recopy the kext's into the Extensions folder. I cant do much since I cant even type the passwords, or even paste them as it does not allow pasting of passwords. My sound and internet are also not working, but I havent looked for any kexts for them yet, I just want my keyboard to work, then I can start looking for them. I was wondering if there was a way for me to install the keyboard kexts, just by mouse use, or if I can do it on a Leopard installation that I have on another partition. Im actually running W7, Snow Leopard 10.6, and Leopard 10.5.6(keyboard and mouse work fine). I downloaded the voodooPS2 kext, but cant send touch command. These are my specs: Code:

Have you tried unplugging it then plugging it back in while Snow Leopard is running?

Oh sorry, I thought you were talking about your desktop.
I don't have os x on a laptop... but maybe VoodooPS2Trackpad? I don't know if that would help or not |
I do have the kext, I was just wondering how would I be able to install them, since I cant use the keyboard! Is it possible to install it from 10.5.6, (my other OS X installation on another partition)?

Yeah, you can. Just select the partition you want to install it to. Sorry for the late reply
