Budget Hackintosh
 

I'm planning on building on a budget hackintosh, in 1-2 months.
this is the hardware set up, i would like to know if the retail leopard will work with this hardware? and if not can you please help me choose better budget parts

Hardware:
Case: Antec Sonata III MiniTower Case.
optical drive: LG GH22NP20.
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H55-UD3H, LGA1156
CPU:Intel Core i3 540, 3.06GHz, Dual Core, Socket LGA1156, 73W TDP, 2x256KB L2 Cache, 4MB L3 Cache, Intel HD Graphics 733MHz.
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 - 3.5" - 320GB HDD, 16MB Cache, 7200rpm.
Ram: Corsair 4GB Memory 2x 2GB Kit, PC3-10600 (1333MHz)
GPU: Amaze GeForce GT 240 Video Card, 1024MB 128-bit DDR3 RAM

i just need help whether or not i need to change anything?
