Iatkos V7 Kernel Panic on install
 

I'm getting Kernel Panic whe attempting install

System Info:
Intel D945PLNM Motherboard
Intel Pentium 4 SL7Z9 Processor
1GB Ram (2x 512)
ATI Radeon X700 PCI-E Video Card
Western Digital 120GB SATA Hard Drive
Liteon 22x IDE DVD Burner
