facing some issues in s3v2 after installing
 
finally i'be installed iatkos s3 v2 on my pc but am facing some problems :

1st of all i've change the kernal with the first modified kernal in the customize list(qoopz 10.3.0 http://uphuck.ggrn.de/forum/images/s...on_redface.gif ) cause the default kernal wouldnt load the system ...

issues that am facing:-
1- i cant update the 10.6.3 to 10.6.4 using the combo update...i get kernal panic (i think it because i installed the qoopz 10.3.0 kernal) ..any help?

2- i Cant Get Any Mac Bootloader to Work With windows.. the only sol to boot the mac is by choosing the hdd that mac is installed on as 1st boot disk from the bios ...

3- Quick Time Player Doesnt Work(its open in the task manger and in the dock but it isnt working!!)
-VLC doesnt play Any movie ...play its audio without a video (Tried all kinds of videos mpg-avi-rmvb all i can get is the sound but the video is black screen)...(although.. i installed perian still have the same problem)

4- Volume Button In the menu Bar doesnt work...but when i go to system pref-sounds- ican low or high the volume.

5- i cant get my ps2 keyboard and mouse to work (Logitech And supports mac!!!)
-tried to type -x64 to boot as 64bit os but it boots as 32bit os !! also tried to hold the 6 and 4 key but nothing happends....????


plz any one have a sol to those problems.... help me

but my system wont boot but i solved it by removing the kexts from -s while booting

plz i need help people

All the info you are looking for is avaible on the net - even in these forums, so I will just give you some ideas / keywords...

2) Make Windows HD default boot device in the BIOS and chainload OS X - if using XP just get chain0 and add it to boot.ini -- on later Windows use EasyBCD to add an entry and copy chain0 to \NST\nst_mac.mbr

3-4) Patch CPUID checks - at least CarbonFramework, Quiktime Components & SystemUI this should fix iTunes, QT, Spotight, VolumeControl, ...

5) Use a build of AppleACPIPS2Nub & ApplePS2Controller Kernel Extensions

AMD and 64-Bit support on OS X is very tricky, due to the lack of some instruction sets etc. 64-Bit is possible using latest AnV Kernel on 10.6.4
Using 64-Bit Kernel on AMD is currently not possible after all.
