HELP: how do i install iatkos v7 on ACER EXTENSA 4420-5963 LAPTOP

i have iatkos v7 burned on dvd. but dont know what to choose on the Customize menu. can someone help me install this thing on my laptop plsss. a tutorial guide, a video or a picture by picture step by step thing. im a newbie here.

the specs:

amd x2 athlon 64 1.9 ghz

3 gb ram

ati radeon x1250

broadcom wifi adapter

160 gb hdd
