FireWireMergeNub (FireWire device and classes injector)
I have completed (upon request) also a FireWire injector.
It functions in the same way as AppleUSBMergeNub or DeviceMergeNub. The default plist contains the class injector for DVD drives (can be modified to inject anything anywhere on any FireWire device). I'm a bit confused about this, what does it do exactly in layman terms?
Does it fix the irq issues with firewire? http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/ind...owtopic=196359 Unfortunately i never got that DSDT fix working so i have to use cpus=3 with my quadcore to make it perform with coreaudio apps |
