CPU 3 has no HPET assigned to it
 

Hi,

For several days trying to start the power management. Dsdt properly prepared and placed in the Extra directory. Then I remove the kext NullCPUPowerManagement. After reboot I get the CPU 3 has no HPET assigned to it. I've tried everything but I always get a KP. I have read many posts on this topic, but no solution works for me. :'( Thanks for any suggestions.

MB: GA-H55-UD3H Award BIOS F10
CPU: i5 750 2,66 GHz
GPU: Asus GTX260
Snow Leopard 10.6.8

In attach I put clean dsdt (Everest soft) and SMbios file.
