Hidden Pentium 4 Core?

I have this Hackintosh that has a P4, during boot with "-v" it listed a second core as disabled. This CPU is NOT HyperThreading compatible nor is the MotherBoard, I cross checked it with a HT compatible motherboard and no dice.

The same thing happend when I tested the DVD after burning it in my gaming rig, it listed 2 extra cores disabled. I can enabled the cores in my BIOS but still can't use them in Windows or Mac.

I want to know, is there really a second core?, and if, Can it enable the second core?
