I've tried erasing, renaming, fixing permissions, deleting com.apple.timemachine.plist, reselecting disk. It has been a few weeks since I did my last update but nothing major changed in my OS so I'm stunned. Thx for the help in advance |

I don't know if it's normal but I cannot repair permissions on any of the USB volumes (Storage, Tiger and Time Machine) Mind you, I didn't have any probs a few weeks ago. |
do you see the error 35 in your logs? if so, try with this

No error 35 as far as I can tell, just above error and in Time Machine prefs it says that it cannot find backup volume.
Like it keeps searching for previous backups. |
Another error in console:
"failed to get MAC address for machine" My net works though and Ethernet tab shows adress. any ideas? |
I have this issue too, it seems to be an issue with the MAC address that cannot be found indeed. flexlm has that too, so e.g. maple won't activate.
