Thank i will do. I have i have windows installed on a separte hard drive and since it could not boot to DVD then it went to my second boot device which is my windows hdd

i followed your guide and did what you said but for some reason it would not boot the cd. Not sure if i did something wrong but it keeps asking to boot from cd and then it goes straight into windows....
