Plug out your WIn7 HD.
Install Mac OS and make sure this HD is the first boot on BIOS.
Plug in your Win7 and automagically the bootloader willl detect your Win7. I prefer using Bootthink...

Could be a Trojan
I'm not an expert, but I've heard some distribution of iWork09 has Trojan in it.
I never experienced the same problem, mine was working just fine.
