Done the same. System booted but took about 15min...

Done the same. System booted but took about 15min and 10 min with maxmem=2047.
when desktop appears it shows message that kext is not installed properly so can not be run.
and system hangs after...

I think i disabled onboard vga but will check again.
voodoo kernel help me to see the desktop otherwise it was giving above errors.
