Let's start "AMD Owners for Proper Power Management" movement!

The VoodooPower.kext developed by superhai currently not working on AMD cpus.
Developer does not have an AMD machine to test and no bug reports from users - so he is going to drop AMD support...

For those of as with AMD SB600 south bridge OSx86 is easier to setup, when SATA controller is in AHCI mode (the installer sees all SATA HDD's and you can partition and choose any as install location)...

10.5.1 was very smooth to install, then add drivers and got almost fully working system.
With 10.5.2 Rev.2 (and Rev.1 too)...

It enables UDMA for IDE drives and automounts SATA NTFS...

On my ASUS M2A-VM SB600 driver give me UDMA mode for my IDE hard drive. Without it hard drive performance was incredibly slow.
So if you need UDMA - install driver.
