Try disabling the onboard lan in your bios, depending on the nforce version osx doesn't like to play well with the onboard lan from what I've read. If that doesn't work, then I'm not sure what to...

Has anybody got Leopard to work on the MSI NF750 board? Ideneb v1.3 and 1.4 are the only ones that will boot to the installer, but after install the first boot gives the 'still waiting for root'...
