progress so far
So far:
- EmpireEfi (latest version 1.085) installs SL on this board without any problems
- Chameleon 2 RC3 is installed, I believe, by the Empire Efi post install
- chameleon bootlader...

Successfull install
Ok, I`ve managed to install SL on ASUS Maximus II Gene using latest Empire Efi, The only Bios settings that I`ve changed is enabling AHCI.
It`s booting and stable but I have to fix, video, audio...
