Does anyone know what the correct AppleNforceATA.kext file is? download link? What is SuperNforceATA.kext?

Ok, Leopard is running pretty good except for when I run vmware (wndows 7) after a bit I get a kernel panic. Also if I try to do a memory test, the test gets about 2/3 done when suddenly the computer...
