Another Kernel panic during boot

Helow my sytem spec:
Core2Duo E8400
Video: Asus HD4870 1gb
Rams 6gb 1333mhz
motherboard: Asus P5k64ws with intel p35 chipset.
sata drivers: samsung 200gb, maxtor 160gb
and another samsung 1TB...
