Radeon 7500 Graphics card, please help!

Hi,
I have an IBM R50 with a ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 Graphics card. My computer recognizes the card, but it doesn't give me quartz extreme.
When I go into system profiler under "Graphics/Display"...
