Same happened with me, but my SleepEnabler.kext...

Same happened with me, but my SleepEnabler.kext was in /System/Library/Extensions/. Deleted it, and everything is OK

Thanks for the help everyone! I formatted the HDD in Windows, and successfully booted the start-up disk, and restored OSX from a backup image I made. Everything works fine!

It is already set at 'AHCI' by default. And like...

It is already set at 'AHCI' by default. And like I said, it doesn't give me a kernel panic on any HDD's except one, so the settings must be ok. But thanks for that, I didn't even think of checking...
