well i removed all osx native graphics drivers, added ps/2 fix, removed the extensions.kext repaired permissions etc via install dvd's disk util (still can't use kb in single user) and still blue...

After trying a few other things out i finally got 10.5.5 booted in normal mode.. no audio/network/acc gfx as yet as I did things a little differently...
