I work this out and now have it running great full AGP and ci/qe and 512mb displayed. I am using AGPGart.kext, ATIinject.kext,NatitX1600.kext and edited kext.

Was the disk image from a flat image or did you clone it off a mac? I think I am going to have to give up on the installer because I am going to go mad soon :). I am not in a rush because my 10.4...
