Kernel panic when using EFI string on Nvidia 7300GT 256mb

Hi all,

I'm using XxX 10.5.6 release with Voodoo 9.5.5 kernel. I'm getting this kernel panic and it seems to related to the graphic card kext.
My board is P5K-VM and Zotac 7300GT 256mb
