my install won't shutdown/restart

Hi all,

i've got a working vanilla install which I'm really happy with.
However the system doesn't want to shutdown or reboot.

I've tried to install OpenHalt with kext helper but no luck on...

Regarding audio and wifi, i know that the latest iPC has support for them. It doesn't work to install from that DVD...
