First the waiting for boot volume means your SATA or IDE chipset controller is not detected or supported.
The problem with USB may not be fatal so not really...

For the graphics, newer cards always a better...
For the graphics, newer cards always a better chance of working with latest version so I would consider updating Leo to 10.5.7; alternatively you can install an nvidia driver pack with latest kexts...

I'm not sure exactly how is your disk layout, just from the report, but OS X doesnt support any kind of motherboard RAID that I know, so it wont see your internal disk(s) or partition(s) at all,...

I dont know about iAtkos 7 but from what I know...
I dont know about iAtkos 7 but from what I know any chipset-based soft-RAID arrays are not supported, only Apple soft-RAID.
Only other idea would be limiting memory with maxmem=3072, but AppleAHCI...
