didju install the kernel or didju just drag? if you still have the origanal kernel in the root try booting with that. if you can get it running then remove the mach_kernel that you placed there......

YES YOU DO. Defiantly back up your kernel. they update it in this package, meaning it will be overwritten making your install useless.

when you get to the part where it says press F8...

when you get to the part where it says press F8 or the part where its loading the Drive, just stop all that, then type in -v

tell us where it hangs.

VoodooHDA is pissing me off..

Everytime I try to install VoodooHDA my computer KP's. like, i can get the kext to instal with kext Helper b7 but then on reboot it KP's when it scans for HDA codecs... With OSx86 Tools it KP's right...
