You should rename you're mach_kernel.voodoo back...

You should rename you're mach_kernel.voodoo back to mach_kernel to get vmware working...
Place the other mach_kernel in a safe location :)

VMware (OS X) does not run when running on Voodoo...

Extensions folder gone!?

Hi,

I've just tried to reinstall my 10.5.6 graphics kexts back with kext helper, but now my whole extensions folder is gone!?
It's just not there anymore, i'm afraid to reboot :p

Didn't fix but found the problem/solution, it's because i'm using voodoo final and 64 bit, if i boot into -legacy it works


64-bit applications will not run on AMD ...

If somebody has the window lag problem when using iTunes + Quicktime, it can be fixed by restoring the 10.5.5 video kext's.

Because im thinking its the hdd kext because also with a EFI string im having the same problem.
But only when heavy disk usage...

The update went all good for me, but i'm having lag with mouse and moving windows, it seems that everything is hanging after a couple seconds?

Try removing the kexts for youre gfx card.
If not try booting into safe mode, -x.
