i have the same chipset and amd x2 type...
i have the same chipset and amd x2 type processor. i used iatkos v7 to install, then snow from inside it.
iatkos v7 has nvsata which you need..assuming you have a sata hd. i use a 8500gt for video,...

so i booted back into osx with cpus=2 again
...
so i booted back into osx with cpus=2 again
this boot there is no bug, and istat shows 2 cores working.
I'll let you know how it goes. Also, is there any sort of event log so if/when it does...
