Time Machine Gone Kaput

*FIXED! For now anyway*

I fully updated my 10.5.5 and found no problems, except one that may have occurred after installing the Airport updates.
Time Machine doesn't see my backup drive anymore,...

I was referring to installing the kext after installing OS X if you already managed to. Thanks anyway. I tried an SB700-modified kext I found at InsanelyMac and now my computer is *way* faster. :)

Sorry for bumping this, but can you simply install the SB700 kext after installation? I'm thinking this could help me with some pokey hard drive loading issues.
