Well, I can only assume you mean which version of OS X to purchase. I recommend Snow Leopard because it's the best, and also the cheapest, option. Then get yourself an EmpireEFI...

I would run OpenGL Extensions viewer and do a benchmark on Leo and Snow Leo. XBench is pretty antiquated and may not be giving you accurate results.
