alc888 5.1 anyone have any luck?

Anyone have any luck getting 5.1 out of there alc888?

5.1 does work on this cnat remember the kext i used when i had that chipset. But dont expect surround stereo from i tunes unless you install soundflower and make an agreggate device

I've tried many kext's and linux dumps plus taruga's patcher I get two channels plus mic and line in every time but can't get 6 output channels, if you could remember what kext you used or at least tell me on what mobo you had success, thanks Ian

I eventually managed to find a couple of kexts that work with 3 output channels, if anyone else is in need they are here

The attached kexts are ones used on gigabyte intel boards, worth a try?
