Pre-Install Question - Is my setup compatable?

Hey guys,

I wanted to jump onto the Mac OSX Bandwagon.
I currently havnt tried to install anything before i know whats up.

Here's the good stuff:

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice 2.0GHz 512KB L2 Cache Socket 939 Single-Core
MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, 3DNOW! Professional
*So it does have SSE3... Which is good right? ... lol... are there any other issues with tis CPU?

Systemboard: DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard

Video Card: EVGA 256-P2-N547 GeForce 7600GS 256MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 SLI
*Should work with the NVInject drivers from what i read so far.

On Board LAN: Vitesse VSC8201 & Marvell 88E8001
*Should work right guys ?

SOLVED: This setup works with help from HCL : EVERYONE SHOULD CHECK HERE FIRST!
* Install method: Zephyroth 10.5.2 (Should work with iPC 10.5.6 and new release in 11 days as well.)
* Installation: IDE HD formatted with MBR using Disc Utility
* BIOS version: 2006/04/06
* IDE: Works out of the box
* SATA: Select Nforce 2/3/4/5 chipset driver in install
* LAN: Select LAN drivers in install (Both Nforce & Marvell)
* Audio: Select ac'97 audio driver in install
* Total install time: 14 min

**USE KERNEL: EFI v8 + ToH 9.2.0 SSE3 kernel
