Help RADEON AGP 3850 sapphire no luck

Hello I am a newbie and cannot get my radeon sapphire 3850 512mb to work ie no QE etc any pointers out there tried a few installs just blows up black screen my system

AMD 3200
MSI motherboard

everything else is fine sound network etc just this one last hurdle
