can't find NTFS partitions from another HDD

Hi,
having a little problem here,

i have macFUSE and NTFS-3G and I still cant find NTFS partitions from another HDD
... I couldn't see it even before

i have two HDDs, one is Seagate 250gb on witch is osx86 GUID partitioned, and another Hitachi 500gb that has Vista installed on it.. (guessing its mbr)

i used iPC 10.5.6 Universal for installing
specs:
P35-DS3R, Intel Core2Duo...


do i have to set something in the BIOS menu ?

please help, would appreciate it !
