Kernel Panic w/Pic

When I boot, I'm getting a kernel panic.

nfs_boot_init failed with 6\n~@/VoodooKernel/xnu-1228.7.58/bsd/nfs/nfs_vfsops.c:851

Usually, after a reboot its fine.

Why?

What do I do?
