Computer Just Restarts!!!

Well I'm a software Developer, and I thought this was gonna be a breeze, but its not.
Ill skip all the error and trial and just come here with my problem and Computer specs.

My problem is I have 2 different burned DVD's of OSx86, I place the DVD in the DVD drive, reset Computer and the menu comes up to opp me to press [Enter] or [F8] for other options. I press enter and she says right fast Loading ... Starting.... then goes Black for a sec and then a Grey screen with the Mac symbol in the middle appears for a millisecond and then my Computer Restarts and the process repeats all over agian Promting me to select [F8] for other installation options.....

My problem is not that it wont boot after installation but it wont even boot the installation!

Please let me know if there is other processes I need to do with my computer before trying to Boot the DVD for installation and If my Specs and work for her!
