ATI SB600 Panic Ideneb Latest .7

Hi guys im trying 2 install the ideneb distro with some patches enabled like :
AMD kernel voodoo or the other one
The chipset fix for the ati busses
But after its gonna check the time it would take 2 install it starts copying and shows me the time but then it panics sometimes early somethimes 20 sec later on.

Is this something about my harddrive or my chipset ? cauze i tried all sorts of boot flags like -f cpus=1 or cpus=1 and -verbose mode stuff like that.
I can partition the harddisk and format it.
But the panic without the patches with the base system only also happens quik.

And ACHI is turned on.
